1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a session, or participating in any JRS Soccer program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
JRS Soccer provides soccer training services including private training, academy programs, travel teams, and camps. Program availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue programs at any time.
3. Registration & Payment
Payment is required to secure your spot in any program or session. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
4. Assumption of Risk
Soccer is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in JRS Soccer programs, you (or your parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants should be in adequate physical condition and disclose any relevant medical conditions before training.
5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRS Soccer, its coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and provide consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at scheduled times.
7. Photo & Video Release
JRS Soccer may photograph or record training sessions and events for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in such materials, please notify us in writing.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players. JRS Soccer reserves the right to remove any individual from a program for conduct deemed harmful or disruptive, without refund.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
