A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The JRS Summer Residency Program provides players with a professional-style training environment focused on technical development, physical preparation, recovery, nutrition, and personal growth. Players will train, recover, eat, and compete together throughout the three-week residency experience.

Daily Routine
Players will follow a structured schedule that includes:
- Team Training Sessions
- Futsal Training
- Strength & Conditioning
- Recovery & Rest Periods
- Individual Development Sessions (Selected Players)
- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Scheduled Snacks
- Supervised Down Time
- Consistent Sleep & Recovery Schedule
Player Expectations
- Follow your residency schedule fully and consistently.
- Maintain positive behavior and respect for teammates, coaches, and staff.
- Prioritize hydration, nutrition, and recovery.
- Follow all residency guidelines and schedules.
- Give maximum effort during all training activities.
Parent Notes
- Daily schedules may be adjusted based on weather, facility availability, recovery needs, or special events.
- Players will be supervised throughout all scheduled program activities.
- Communication regarding schedule updates will be provided as needed.
- The primary goal of the residency is to provide a professional development environment that prepares players for higher levels of competition.
